NOT required. We provide enrichments for all students agnostic of parent involvement or donation. We will provide statistics and suggestions to help parents decide how much is reasonable to donate. While donating is optional, so are the enrichments we provide. In order to continue supporting the staff and programs we currently do, we must hit our annual fundraising goals. The MAJORITY of PEP's budget is allocated to hiring ADDITIONAL TEACHERS (called Class Size Reduction Teachers - CSRs) and other support staff, such as in classroom aids, and subject-specific teachers. All together PEP dramatically increases the Staff-to-Student ratio. Additionally, PEP supports numerous on-campus needs, and programs, such as Discovery garden Beautification Music P.E.
